Monish is an entrepreneur with a strong marketing background and a passion for pickleball. He’s spent seven years in the UK, where he studied business and management, worked as a marketing consultant in London. During this time, he immersed himself in the pickleball community, and is now turning his passion for the sport into a business in Bangalore, India.

Anirudh is a sports business professional with a strong operations background. He earned his MBA in Sports Business Management from Symbiosis University in Pune. Since then, he has gained extensive experience by working on the operations side for one of the country's leading digital sports management companies, where he applied his skillset in managing large-scale sports events and optimising efficiency.
